I think the American Dream refers to living in America in an affluent scenario. As many would say, US is a superpower country where great people, companies, among others live together. With that, many people from other nations would like to be there and experience the life that's convenient in some sense and comfortable. This is just my opinion. I don't really have a clear notion of American dream.
