Do you take the time to actually type a full word or do you use shortcuts

The reason I ask this is because you burn calories with everything you do, and if I'm gonna just sit on the computer all day and be lazy I should at the very least put some effort into writing out a whole word or address. Though actually doing excersize would probably be better. Really stupid question I know, but I was curious.

It depends on who I'm writing to and if I'm typing something for fun or for work. Generally speaking, I try to write complete sentences and full words and use correct grammar because incorrect grammar irks me. I do get lazy sometimes though and use abbreviations, as long as a normal person should know what they mean. I also do this when PM/Iming someone if we are having a long conversation. If I use an abbreviation that isn't obvious, I type it out the first time and then abbreviate the rest of the time. Once, I used PAP and everyone thought I was talking about a gynecological exam.

I try to type out the whole word. I want to be sure that people really know what it is that I'm trying to say. I'll do abbreviations in personal messages, etc..

I never thought of the calories I'm burning when typing on my keyboard! I know I would burn off more by walking or exercising, but it is better than doing nothing. I don't use many shortcuts when typing, because I want my words to be understood, and I want to be paid for everything I write. Some people use abbreviations at myLot, so most of their posts are only one line long. If they had typed out all the words correctly they would have made some money from it!

In most cases I will make the complete word. I really think it's important to give the whole word in writing. But in speaking situations, I dont mind giving some shortcuts. Have a nice day!
