why people r registered more ptc site even they know these may be scam

hello friends,,,,,,,,,, i dont know what is going in most peoples mind. why they dont confirm first and registered. i m talking that most of the people are registered new ptc even they know these ptc sites may be scam or illegel. i m only trusting on mylot because its purely dicussion based like real online jobs. but in bux ptc sites pay per click i dont have any trust on these site. recentely i have registered a 07bux ptc site but before that i have confirmed that they really pays or not and also follows their rules and regulation or not. and after getting full proof i have reg. it. so you people really confirm befor reg that this site is pay or not?
