Does your school or business do a Yankee Swap or Secret Santa for the Holidays?

Which do you prefer to do? I like the Yankee swap. Our local school, an elementary/middle school seems to have different rules for each classroom. Some have a party celebrating almost all religions, Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa; some due the Secret Santa thing for the week before, small gifts(-$1) or favors for the beginning of the week, ending with a party on the last day with a gift -$5; and the older kids, 6th-8th graders do a Yankee Swap on the last day. My husbands work has a small luncheon, but no gifts; my work does a Yankee Swap. How about you? Waht does your work or school do? Which do you prefer?
