Yesterday a dog tryed to do something on me -.-

It's a dominance thing. The dog was trying to assert his place above you as pack leader. As it's a strange dog, it really doesn't matter. If it's your dog doing it to a human, it needs to be stopped. The human always needs to maintain position of alpha dog, pack leader.A dog doing the chachacha is saying, Hay if you don't stop me it means I'm pack leader and the boss.

I have seen this happen several times and in fact, My own dog has done this to me and to others around her. Yes, I said her! I have a female chihuahua and she still tries to what my daughter says " dances " on peoples legs. I yell at her to stop every time I see her do it. She only really does this when she is getting ready to go into her "Heat". After that I do not notice her doing it at all. All of this is completly normal for a dog.

Lol! Don't freak, it is completely normal. They aren't exatly sexually stifled the way humans are. Yes, I've had that happen, many times. One of my dogs was so hormonal that the slightest thing would get him "excited". I've even had it happen with cats and once a rabbit. What's bad is if its some human at the supermarket, then freak and run!
