Out of the body experience....

Have you experienced it? Whether its Astral Travel or near death experience is quite a thing that interests lots of people. It takes lots of courage and strength to perform this. Have you tried this? Or do you know anyone who tried this?

Have you my friend?
As for me I really have no idea but sometimes when I was about to sleep I feel like I am floating. But then there was an incident where I was sleeping but I get up and I actually sit on the stairs and look around and I saw people in the household. I think I had an out of body experience then, but who knows, I might just be dreaming.
