Does responding to one liner topics can make us earn too?

Hi everyone! I was just wondering, it is written in the mylot guidelines that we should make a quality post in order to earn. Quality post are said to be those topics that contains at least 4 paragraphs or more. But there are one liner discussions that I don't know if to mylot is considered quality or not. Do you think we can still earn if we respond on those one liner discussions? Do you still respond on them? Do one liner discussions interests you or not?

I am not sure. But if a one liner discussion has more than 5 words then i think you can earn from those. I actually don't see the length of a discussion. but if a discussion is too big then i don't read them or respond to them. Because without reading i can not respond to a discussion.

I think some interesting questions can be asked in one line, and it can still be a quality discussion if people respond with good long descriptive posts. The opening post would have been better quality if it was more descriptive, and included a personal view, or gave a reason for asking the question. Everyone who contributes something of value should be earning from the discussion and I think if you write a good response you will earn something, even if the discussion began with one line. I have seen some discussions where the original poster writes more in their comments to responses than they put in the opening post.

Hi! Yes I think you're right. Quality discussions from one liner topics can be achieved by receiving quality responses. And I guess the more exchanging of views there is the more quality it can be. There was once a lotter here that posted that, he intentionally never makes his discussions descriptive too much or write everything all at once so he can continue to exchange views with the responses he receives. And I think its a good idea too. But I wouldn't make it too short though that it will end up a one liner discussion. Ciao!

It is advisable not to write one liner discussions or responses. However sometimes it is difficult to write lengthy discussions on each topic.
