Ok here goes I have a sugar cookie crust and then I have a cream cheese icing/filling on it.(This can be eliminated if needed) Now help me fill it in. I tried this fruit pizza dish this past week and I can't get over it! LOL But I was thinking this could be very fun and I have a Autumn Fest party coming up in two weeks so you all are going to help me create a couplle of unique desserts. At least I hope my fellow mylotter will help me when I am in need! LOL I get the first idea to get you started...How about those fruit roll up things cut into shapes of leaves, pumkins etc. Wonder if they would be too gummy? Oh well there is my idea jump in!

fruit pizza is wonderful. the only thing i don't like about it is it doesn't keep well, needs to be eaten when it's made. i had rather have fruit in autumn colors than what u suggested but they may work out fine. i think fresh peaches & apples, love bananas, kiwi, & things like that would be nice. i don't have much imagination when it comes to decorating. when it's fuxied i can tell u how i like it. lol

that would be good w/caramel. i'll throw my 2 cents worth in again & suggest to leav the peelings on for color & get different colors of apples. good luck.

That's the thing these things are so pretty when you put them together that the look alone attracts tasters! Tha is exactly why I couldn't pass one up this weekend. It was just too attractive sitting on the table calling out my name! LOL

The cookie crust is a great idea! I sometimes make a chocolate pizza using a cookie crust. Sweetened cheese (like mascarpone) or condensed milk can be spread on the crust, then a variety of chocolate chunks, dark, milk, and white, go on, with a sprinkling of nuts. Drizzle caramel or cream over it and add a little sprinkle of sugar/cinnamon. I don't think I've ever found anyone who doesn't love it! Variety is easy, as any number of variations on each ingredient is possible and delicious! It even travels quite well if tightly and carefully wrapped to be sent to a child away in college! For the holidays, a similar dessert can be done with little chunks of candy canes. Younger kids love to have their names spelled out with the chunky toppings. They like the condensed milk to be whipped with peanut butter, too. Experiment a lot. It's fun and a little different.

Thanks. I forgot to mention marshmallows, but they're great on these desserts, too.

I made one once and it was so sweet, no one could hardly eat but a few bites before having to stop. Looked really nice, but just to sweet.

Oh yes it is. You can't eat much of it.
