Every Discussion in myLot has a question attached to it, no matter how cheesy it would be. I wanted to ask if we need to ask a question in every discussion to make it complete. Can't we just kind of express our thoughts and people would just comment on it. Can't we just write a poetry and people would comment on our compositions and give advices to improve it. Can't we just tell a happening and not ask if they encountered similar one in the recent times. Is it really necessary to ask a question in a discussion, and guess what, I myself did asked one. Waiting for your Responses... AJ Rox.

A discussion attempts to present an issue, subject, problem or an event that stimulate thoughts and interest for the readers. The necessity of asking a question arises when one needs to elicit opinions, reaction and suggestions of the readers in response to the subjects discussed. However, a discussion having no question attached to it is not to be considered incomplete. Thanks.

I dont' think it is necessary to ask a question, but I do think that people respond better if you attach a question to your discussion. That leads them into what you are hoping some will discuss about.
