What are some good bbq sauces?

One of my best friends makes the best bbq sauce and slathers it on his chicken befor he bakes or grills it the only problem is we lost touch last year and Ive been crazing some of that good bbq sauce....he mixed like 211(beer) and all kind of stuff so if you have an awesome bbq sauce please let me know!
