A t thought on why Grissom is leaving CSI

I heard a rumor that Grissom is leaving CSI and at first I thought that he went to California and married Sarah, and they lived heavily ever after, and he came back for guest appearances. But then I saw the advertisement and it showed that the team was very sad about something. So I gather that Sarah is killed or something horrible happens to her. Now do you think that this would be a logical reason for Grissom to leave if it was Sarah who was the victim in tomorrow's show?

I have read several times Grissom (William Pederson) is leaving because of real life health issues.....I could care less if they killed Warrick. I hope they do send Grissom off to marry Sarah rather than killing him off.

He doesn't have health issues. He wants to do theatre. He will be making other appearances on the show and will continue to be Executive Producer.

So that would mean guest appearances. They will have to make an excuse for him leaving as well as marrying Sara. I wonder if there is an executive head of CSI? But he might have health problems. People do get bad hearts at that age. And maybe he really has bad hearing.

I heard it was Grissom at first, then I learned that they persuaded him to stay another year. Warrick is getting killed off. I hate it when there is a show on the same time. I do not like ER ever since George Clooney left, so I will feel sad when Grissom finally leaves. There are those actors and characters that make the show.

I caught just a glimpse of the previews last night while watching CSI NY and I thought I saw Grissom and Sarah hugging and she looked fine..I think Grissom leaving the show will not be the same, I don't know how they will replace him..But it looks like Warrick is going to be around, maybe he finally cleaned up his act..

I remember that episode and I thought, maybe it is going to be like Sarah, who was under that car, but I guess if you are shot in the neck then there is no chance for survival. I can hardly wait for the first episode and find out if they finally get the killer. It does sound interesting - police corruption, etc. and dirty dealings.

Warrick was shot in the neck, by the under-sherrif, during last night's episode. A second shot was fired in the direction of the chest. The wound was a "through and through" possibly rupturing the main artery, the vena cava or both. This type of injury usually means rapid blood loss. If I'm not mistaken, it's going to take a miracle to save Warrick.

I thought that the premiere was last night, it isn't for another 2 weeks.. As for warrick, I remember where he was shot and was 100% positive that was it for him, but in the previews, it showed Grissom over Warrick, speakling to him and then it showed his eye open..so who knows, maybe they will come up with some miracle and he returns..

I did not think that WArrick would make it when he was shot by that deputy sheriff (corruption in high places. ) and I heard that Grissom will remain for a year. That gives time enough to give him a good send off. And possible guest appearances. Oh and I will be mad if they kill him off too.

It is Warrick who is leaving, Grissom will be on for another year and I do hope he runs away with Sarah. We all cannot have the nice people get all the breaks and the ones we do not like be miserable. Then people will start to pretend to be nice to get what they want. Life does not work that way.

I suppose it would be unrealistic if only the nice people got a happy ending, and as she annoys me if she runs away with grissom then she won't be on the show anymore!! hehe I do love CSI though and am sad to hear warwick is leaving, he probably my favourite character! xxx

So why on CSI would they have Lawrence Fishburne? They already had that other African American actor. If that is what they wanted, why not give him the part? Oh I get something here. Are you hoping that Horatio in CSI Miami killed so you want him replaced by a Black actor? This speaks a little or racism. Is that what CBS intends to make the bosses on their Tv dramas all black? I mean I see a pattern here. You know how susceptible some people are. There might be some people who are European-American who will not try for top positions because of watching all those shows where the head boss in charge of all where blacks. I do not want that to happen. It is just as bad as making sure all the head bosses were women. And you wonder why some men just give up.

I want Horatio and his son to be closer together. It is too bad that he and the mother were not married at the time. I think he is good looking, with that Irish red hair and those Italian brown eyes.

I hope not him leaving would miss up the show! For it is him that people connect with the show even if he dont do all that much on some cses. Its his knowledge that makes the show go on. well thats the way they right it anyhow.

It is Warrick who is leaving, but I heard that Lawrence Fishbourne is replacing him and I just cannot stand him. I guess I will have to watch more closely when he is not on. I heard Grissom is not going for a year. And I hope when he does, he comes back for guest appearances, along with Sarah. And the baby who has this outfit with "Future CSI Agent" on it.

Perhaps the actor's financial demands are not being met? I have not watched the CSI series in a while. I enjoyed watching the first series, that it become boring. The know it all solving the impossible cases to solve.

I heard that the actor who plays Grissom has health issues. Grissom did have trouble hearing so perhaps it was because the actor who played him did and they wanted to show this on the show. It is Warrick who is leaving and that they will probably have to kill him off.

could it just be he is sick of the role and wants to find something else to do?

I think he does want to expand his options. It is Warrick who is leaving, but I heard that the actor who plays Grissom has health problems so maybe he will leave the show next year, but he will make periodic guest appearances.

He will be making guest appearances. I mean there are some cases that he is the only one who can solve. Quote : This case is way to hard. There is hardly any evidence and no one can solve it because the rain washed it away! second quote: Get on the phone! Get Grissom! We need him!

I hadn't really put too much thought into it, the story line. I have heard that Grissom, not sure of his real name right off the bat, but he is supposed to be taking on the directing role of CSI, the reason for his character leaving.

So he will still be around. I will miss him seeing him every episode though. He was the one who made the show. I do not think Lawrence Fishburne will improve it, I never liked him. Hated him on the Matrix when he played Morpheus.

I heard that he was leaving. Maybe he gets killed and that is why they are sad. Why keep someone around? I used to watch those all the time. Anymore I just can't watch them very much. I have Survivor back on and Amazing race so I'm all set.

No, the logical reason is that he decided to take his acting career somewhere else. But seriously in the story line, grief could definitely make a person do something like move or change careers or whatever!

It is Warrick who is leaving and Grissom will be leaving a year later. Warrick gets killed. He was shot. I heard that Peterson plans to take more roles other than CSI, but I do not know about the actor who plays Warrick. Anyway Laurence Fishbourne is replacing him and I do not like him that much. I hated him in the Matrix because well guess who most of the people rescued from the Matrix were and I figured he decided. I know it was a story, but I do not like seeing people rescued based on their ethnic group.
