how do you help your freind from a heartache?

I console my friend, i make her busy so she won't think too much of his bf. I see to it that she can open it to me so that the pain is not that much, try not to be too emotional but i see too it that i understand what is she going through. I will listen to her but i won't let her expect on things that will happened.

bless your heart for being a good friend.Sometimes all the cheering up we try to do doesn't seem to help.Time will ease her heartache.

As with most emotional things we all have to live with, just having a friend be there is a huge support system in itself I think. Lending an ear and a shoulder when needed it the greatest friendship given in my opinion.

I always listen to what they wanted to say as saying out those problem will make them feel better and it take only times to heal it. So i will just comfort them and tell them positive thing.

You are very kindly and friendly.If you want to escape your friend from sorrow ,you yourself should be benevolent!So if my friend in trouble and depressed ,I will use all methods to make him well! We'd better appear when our friends in trouble!

I used to console my friend and ll try to change up her mind.. I will make her to concentrate on other work because once u get involved with other work they will forget other problems.... I will make her to share all things with me so that she will not suffer that much...For this heartache sharing and consoling heart from ur friend is the only solution.

i help my friend by giving him a treat.i think good food is the solution for heartache.then we discuss why it went bad .then i tell him to move on as there is no point in cribbing over it.
