Hi Guys, Do you go for Jogging or Walking everyday morning. I am trying to do that, but not doing it regurarly. While sleeping i will decide that i will wake up early in the morning and go for Jog. But i will not wake up even alarm is ringing. May be because when i will sleep it will be very late and early in the morning at 7 o clock i have to get ready for my company vehicle. So not able to get up early to do some excersice. Guys do you have any others suggestions than sleeping early as i cant do that. When I come back from office it will be too late arround 11PM, and after having dinner and finishing other things it will be 1 o clock in the morning. So any suggestions. Please. Regards, Jnk3dfx - AKA Jayant NK

I have only tried to go for morning runs 5 times in my whole life till now.. lol =D BEcause i always find it hard to wake up, no matter how early i sleep, i will always dun feel like waking up at 6am for runs.. haha =D Those times i did my morning runs are usually with my frenz and thus i have no choice but to wake up.. There was, twice, when i ran on my own, and i felt totally awful because i din get enough sleep, resulting in severe muscle cramp and ache.. hehe =D The 2nd time i run, i felt good, but once i reach home, i had nothing to do, i fall back to sleep again.. haha =D SInce then, i have not gone for anymore morning runs, and thus now, i always do my runs during the evenings or 1-2am ^_^ hehe Since u cant find time to run or walk, maybe what u can do to walk is to alight 1-2 stops b4 your house, and walk home from there ^_^ As well as in the morning, walk to the next bustop, and board the bus from there ^_^

Thanks A lot Kun, As usual you have given me the valuable suggestion. I will definately try that, because i am in bad need of excercises, so have to do some excercises to get my fitness back. Even I can run to those place may be 2 or 3 block before my actual pick up. Anyways thanks for sharing you experience and suggestions. Have a nice day.

Hi jnk, I prefer to go for jogging in the evening. Frankly speaking I love to jog in the morning. You know the weather is cooler and the air is always fresher than that in the evening, but rather shame that I feel reluctant to get up early in the morning. I don’t like to have activity under the sun after 9:30 in the morning. I would feel dizzy and I’m afraid I might have suntan skin as well. In my place we still could see people having their jogging at the neighborhood or recreation park after back from work late in the night. If you couldn’t have any of these or you could try to do the jogging in the spot in your courtyard, of course you might fell rather monotonous to have exercise in this way. How about to get a running machine? I think this might suit you the most. Happy posting and have a lovely day.

Ow.. I plan to jog in the morning since long time ago but never do it.. Especially because it is hard to put my body to do sport early in the morning even if I wake up early. I do jogging sometimes in the afternoon along the beach just an hour before sunset so the sun would not become too hot.. So my suggestion to you if it is hard for you to jog in the morning then change it into afternoon...

Its a good suggestion to jogg in the afternoon. But there is a problem to jogg during afternoon, during afternoon i will be in office and hardly get time for lunch. So i have to leave this option to side. Any other suggestions are welcome. Anyways thanks for your reply and suggestion. Keep posting good responses. Enjoy stay in MyLot.

Hi jnk3dfx, What about jogging in the afternoon during lunch break, do it for about fifteen minutes and then you can go and eat something so its just making time for exercise, try it. Tamara

I walk in the morning but not everyday anymore and so i go for a walk late afternoons or early evenings. If you can just work on not having to come home later than 11 PM and waking up much earlier maybe you can do some jogging or if you have a jogging partner to wake you up and encourage you to really do some jog.

I do jog, when I have the time and when i have the mood. There's several park nearby my house which is really really convenient for me to go jog. How bout trying jogging at weekends? When you are not working. Or you still work during weekends? How bout trying to walk more?instead of asking your company vehicle drop you right at your door step, how bout a few blocks away? And you can walk home. Walking is a pretty good exercise. And when you got home, you can just shower and go to bed.

Ya I am Doing jogging in weekend without miss. My problem is Weekdays. And that was great suggestion of asking to drop few blocks aways from my home. But there lies another problem, as i mentioned it will be too late when I return from office. So they dont allow me to get down other place, anyway i can make a request the driver. Lets see what will happen. Thanks A Lot for suggestion, It will be very helpfull for me.

Hey there! You have a work load there. Do you work overtime in at your work? You really can't jog or go for a walk in the morning because of that kind of schedule you have. Well, if you can't jog or walk I suggest you try yoga. even if you are in the office doing nothing you can use your spare time and do yoga. It's also a good stress reliever. Have a nice day.

Yeah I do both If u r not able to wake up early, just jog in ur room or use a tred-mill and set ur speed criteria in that it will be useful. Jog on the spot or inside ur home or terrace or ur lawn. U can always do that. Take care!!

Hmmmm U walk to nearby places instead of taking ur car or two-wheeler. Just switch on ur music system and dance for it's beat. That's also a form of godd exercise or join yoga classes, they are d best
