I was reading in the news that Conjoined twins have been born to a family in India, the twins are joined at the pelvic and doctors say any operation to seperate them could he hazardous.
The family have accepted the twins has a gift which I think is a really nice way to see them, I'm not so sure I would beable to see it like that if I had conjoined twins I would be to full of worry for them but hope I would beable to.
what are your views.

There have been several stories in life about conjoined twins. I used to watch documentaries about things that happen like this. It is a difficult situation. Some of these conjoined babies do undergo successful surgeries to get separated.
Then of course it can be a dangerous thing. Sometimes only one baby can be saved. It must be a heart wrenching dilemma for both parents to make a decision.
I have seen some of these twins actually grow up into adulthood being conjoined and live somewhat normal lives. It is amazing what you see on these documentaries.
I am guessing that I would probably take a chance to have the surgery take place to separate the twins. And then I would let God handle the rest.

Hello bamakelly,
It must be a awful dilemma to find yourself in for those parents of conjoined twins, whether to have them separated or not. I really wouldn't know what I would do but I do admire the India family, how they have just celebrated the twins arrival and see them as a gift..not sure if it's realistic though. thanks for response
