I usually clean my bedroom once a week since there is someone who helps me keep it clean...

I have no one to help me clean our bedroom except my husband! You are lucky that you have someone helping you! I do clean our bedroom everyday, I fold the bed sheet as soon as we get up and then clean it after breakfast.
