How Many Times You Brush Your Teatth Everyday ?

I brush my teeth three times a day, but my mom tell me that if i brush my teeth three times a day it will spoil my teeth soon. So that, i will stop my three times brushing a day soon make it become twice a day, but i will try get the 100% answer from dentist whether the times of brushing my teeth is good or bad. How about you, can you share how many times you brush your teeth a day? Is that the times of brushing your teeth is good or bad to your teeth? Share me please, Thank you.

I brush my teeth every after meals. I think it depends on your teeth and gums on how often you should brush your teeth. You should really consult a dentist to find out how to take care of your mouth. Som gums are sensitive that they can bleed if you brush too much.
