Yes it is very true that depression and stress affects your looks. If your stress you normally looks older than your actual age. Stress and depression is the things that have greater effects on your being. If you’re happy or sad it will show on your face, that’s also the same with depression and stress. Try to be positive and avoid the things that might get you in depression and stress. Do the things you love and keep busy your self to divert your attention from depression and stress. Always smile and happy to have a radiant face.

its 100% true, stress, reduce it by not thinking about something it much. let ur mind go, play sports, games and making love to your partner is good also but you have to let ur mind free. its best being around good people taliking about other things having a laugh getting ur mind to losen up. you need to sleep early as well that helps, i used to be stressed alot couldnt sleep and every thing i looked really bad. now iv tried to sleep early and eat healthy. and it works. i studt psychology and i have found alot out about these things.

yes. this is very true. It happened to me. i lost more than 10kg from 70+kg to 60kg at my lowest point in life recently. i have more white hairs and my facial features became sharper as a result of weight loss. i look haggard and loss. and people who knew me commented that i look fragile. it was really unsightly then.
