Can a woman have two sides to her and succed in both..? wat do u think???

Do u think once u have kids you can continue ur carrier as well as be a good mom???
I seriously doubt it...My mom is a homemaker....Hence she was wonderful.....all the Moms out there, are u satisfied with ur carrier growth or have u given it up for the sake of your kids.....
I dont have a clue wat i will do when i have kids as my fiance is very busy with work ....Probably take some time off and get back to work after they are abt 5 years old....;-)

you can be successful at both .. You don't have to choose one or the other. You can choose both. Until you have walked in the shoes of a career and being a mom you can't really say that you can't have a carrier to be a good mom. I have 5 kids and I have done college and have worked. I was able to manage both well it's all about time delegation. My family is important to me and will always come first but the doesn't mean that I can't be successful at a career. Currently I'm laid off and getting unemployment so I'm enjoying this break with them.

I think if you balance your time properly you can work and still raise successful children. Both of my parents worked but they made sure they spent time with me and my siblings everyday. We were in extra curricular activities like band, dance team, and other things and they would come out to all our performances and still worked as well. My husband and I now both work and my son goes to the daycare at my place of employment. I am still able to check on him throughout the day and spend time with him as well. I think it just depends on the flexibility of your job and how committed you are to your children and your profession.
