what can help you to prevent cancer???

well im my family thereĀ“s cancer history.. for me its very important to be alert about anything that could go wrong with my body. personlly i know making sports on a regular basis helps .. if you are a smoker you better run more if you want decrease a cancer chance.. which other tipps do you know???

My family has a lung cancer history, as well, which is ofcourse very difficult to live with, even if you don't have it..The problem with these kind of diseases are that they usually skip a generation, though you're smoking or not.. I just wanted you to know this, that you need to be aware of it. There's no real proof of what can prevent cancer, but there are some things recommended on how to prevent it from coming in a big deadly form; like said before, not really a diet should help, but eating normally, healthy, and not much fat or carbohydrates should help, sporting helps as well ofcourse, but there's no need in exaggerating it. Just keep in good condition, and sport,jog,play sport for at least an half an hour a day. What also helps is eating GARLIC, it's proven it helps a bit with preventing cancer, so eating RAW garlic on regular base, will drop you're cholesterol, and will prevent as said before, for cancer coming in big deadly form..(sorry for my bad English) Rate me up please if this was any help :)

Thinking in positive and eating healthy food such as fruit vegetable and exercise
