Use this visual card and paypal 'll accept you. Remmember: * If you r an Indian you can't upload funds in your paypal account. it's not posible, because paypal not accept any indian bank debit/atm cards. posible if u using a real credit card. * if some one sent money in your paypal account so you can withdraw you money easily via bank or cheak. but not posible via visual credit card. * if you using entropay, u can withdraw your fund but it's high trans fee. (if you want to withdraw 20.00 USD so entropay will cut 14.50 USD for bank transfer) (Solution order a plastic master card. It's cost 9.00$, when you use it you 'll easly withdraw your fund via platic card. (fee per trans 0.20 usd) I think u understand! if u think or on the internet say paypal accepting indian debit card it's imposible. you can alsow contact with paypal. i'don't know about kotak bank, but you can try. yes i hope that they will accept Indian Debit card if they accept. it was very happy news to me because i don't have credit card.
