I think the perfect breakfast is a full english with all the trimmings . So that's two rashes of bacon, mushrooms ,scrambled eggs, two large sausages and some baked beans and toast , followed by a glass of orange .You really can't beat a greasy fry up .

This morning I had egg, bacon, toast and orange juice. Most mornings I have just cereal, toast and juice. Sometimes I put a banana or peach on my cereal. I like to have different things for breakfast.

for me a sandwich and a boiled egg work best with a glass of milk having sugar. not always but mostly that is on my menu or in other case bread and butter... don't forget the milk

I have a yoghurt too (natural, no sugar inside! it ruins taste!) but the rest isn't that healthly :) I have 2 sandwiches with ham or white cheese and tomatos on it. Maily I'm drinking tea with it, I drink coffee during my way to school - tea's taste goes better with a breakfast. I also sometimes eat cereal with milk, but only if I'm out of bread :)
