I do not eat cheeseburgers, but everytime I go through a drive thru and ask for a hamburger, the cashier says, "do you want cheese" it irritates me because I did not ask for a cheeseburger, I asked for a hamburger.
I like my hamburger with lettuce, tomato and onion, no catsup or pickles and especially NO cheese, and I like it well done.

I believe they are trained to push the cheese because if you say yes they get about a quarter for the slice of cheese on the hamburger. I think also most people eat cheese on their hamburger. I want cheese but I also want pickle, onion and mayo only on my hamburger. I don't like lettuce, some times I put tomatoes on it if I have home grown ones.

I like cheeseburgers most of the time, but I do not like cheese on my Whoppers. They are always asking me if I want cheese on my Whopper when I go to Burger King. It is annoying. I like my cheeseburgers with mayo, onion and pickle. Hamburgers I go all out and get lettuce too.

I have to disagree with you on the cheese... I love cheese. As for my burger, so long as it's not a fast food burger, I like them medium rare with cheese lettuce tomato hot peppers and mayo. Fast food burgers are not burgers to me and I rarely ever order one.
