who is my neighbor

The perennial problem of poverty in the world forced many youth to stop attending school. Most have no clothes to wear, eat once the most a day. What can we do? Can we just give them what they need today and turn a blind eye tomorrow? Suppose a neighbor is without clothes?If anyone of us says to him.Go and keep warm, but does nothing what good it is? So how do respond to this?

I think we can temporarily help them by extending our hands to share them what we have, but we should also help them to know how to stand on their feet, we should teach them how to caught fish instead of always giving them fish.
