Can't seem to knock out tonight. What are tips for getting a good nights kip? I have tried the obvious

I exaust myself during the day, so I can sleep at night. But if you're trying to sleep right now, go pull out a dictionary and start reading, or some long legal form. It should bore you right to sleep. I will also go to sleep by counting backwards from 100, if I should make a mistake, I start over again. If I feel really wide awake, I'll start at 500. I've never made it past 300 without passing out.

I usually do something that will tire my body out quick, personaly i love to lift wieghts, so i do some quick reps on my legs mainly then my arms, soon i get tierd and fall asleep faster.

I must starting going to gym . I must start going to the gym . I used to do 10 minutes on the treadmill and a 100 situps ..

I have found that working on my hobbies until I finally can go to sleep works,it seems when you are doing something that you like you seem to get tired faster.Good luck and hope that you find something that helps.Have a great day.
