a small cat

I see a small cat in the stairs,she look like a newborn cat,it is very thin,but the eyes very beautyfull.She sat on the ground looked at me,i do not know that this is an abandoned cat or lost cat.I was standing beside it,i wand to adoptino it,but....my live in the place where was not allowed me to raise the animals,and i go to work no time to take of it.So i don't know how to do.

When I was at university students in the halls of residence weren't allowed pets. However one student did feed a stray cat. At the end of our course she took him home with her. My mum was a librarian and she feed a stray cat that used to hang around outside the library. She took him home with her when she left on maternity leave to have my sister. My neighbor moved but her cat prefers my garden to her house. He often comes over and I feed him. I feel sorry for him and want him to survive. I suggest you find another resident that likes cats to feed him. You could make a notice up in case he is a lost cat. Good luck.
