If you want the easiest/safest way to lose weight...I have it...Water and exercise. That's it! Substitute everything you drink during the day with water (except milk...still need at least one glass in the morning!!). Instead of soda, juices, coffee, tea, etc...drink water! Of course it wouldn't hurt to have a drink of something else you like one or 2 times a week. I do like to have a cup of hot tea sometimes :) And exercise more...find an exercise you like; whether it be bike riding, running, walking, swimming, horseback riding, walk you dog! Anything! lol. Sometimes I even like going to the mall just to walk around, look in the occasional store...and just keep walking. I really enjoy swimming too. But really, ANYTHING that has you being active is exercise (household chores, for example). Instead of driving to the mailbox, walk (if it isn't really far). Park farther away in the parking lot when you go to the store...simple stuff like that came make a big difference. **DON'T EAT WHEN YOU AREN'T HUNGRY!** I am really bad about this. I, like many people, like to snack while I'm watching tv...even if I'm not hungry! I have to train myself, but I'll get there eventually :) 3 meals and 2 snacks a day...that's how it should be. And buy yourself helathy snacks instead of junk food. in fact, don't even keep junk food in the house--you can't eat it if it isn't there! ;P One healthy snack I like is called Okra--it comes cookable or jarred and refrigerated; I love it both ways! My nieces (5 and 7) like it too! :) Kid friendly lol. And I just started eating those Light Yoplait yogurts...the key lime pie and banana strawberry flavors are to die for!! :)And eat more fruits and veggi's as snacks; banana's and carrots/celery are the best to eat when you want to lose eight. And watch what you eat for meals too; I'm not a huge fan of fish, but I heard it's really good for you! :) Just research some healthy foods/recipes for dinner! :) Simple right?!?!?

This is really good advice. Also, I like to use SparkPeople.com to keep track of my calories, exercise, and how much water I have drank every day. It just helps to get a good idea of how many calories are in everything you eat, it's really changed my eating habits. Keeping track of my exercise minutes keeps me motivated to do more every day.

There are so many different ways to lose weight. The best way for me has always been exercise, even if it's just walking. And then not to over eat, or eat too much junk food (which I love).

i have lost a lot of weight and i have been a gym junkie and always aim to be as fit as i can. well my advise is that do not imitate what other people do like in order to loose weight, you should eat less, that aint true. just stay away from salty food, junk food and oily food. take in carbohydrates in the morning and during lunch. and as the day ends, try cutting down what you eat especially carbohydrate intake coz you wont need much energy for your body will go to bed and rest. any unused carbohydrates, sugar and energy will turn into fat. try to excercies regularly and eal a lot of fruits. :) Good Luck :)

working out and not over eating. walking is a great way or slow jogging. i do both and i love it. helps with stress, gives you time by yourself, allows you to think clear and it helps you lose weight! swimming is great work out. umm just any kind of work out would be good. try and be active for at least 45minutes a day.. or split it up and like do a 20 minute work in the morning and then one a again in the evening.. watch what you eat. try eating a lot more fruits and stuff rather then junk food. eat home cooked meals vs fast food. drink more water and less soda/juices that have high amounts of sugar. watch your intake.. sometimes our eyes are bigger then our stomach... but yeah, just work out and eat health and you'll lose weight.

A great easy way is to walk. It does great things to your body and it makes you feel healthier. Another thing is drinking a lot of water. It takes all the impurities out of your body. :D
