Do you take cellphone on exchange offer

I find exchange offer is a better deal in all products but when i take for cellphone its always a strange at taking our old ones for very low prices compare to selling to other friends, so i got a slash down price for my old when i got the new one now... Do you take cellphone on exchange offer

I Hate Exchanging Cellphones Bcoz They Will Not in Good Position TO Work If We Borrow From Others SO i Intend To Use The New Mobiles Instead Of Exchanging
