did you quit smoking?

i want to but it is very hard, how did you quit smoking? smoking cost a lot of money............ and i really wanna quit with out having to take a pill for it, any idea, ? thanks

I started quitting from 25 numbers a day to zero now. Very successful. But sometimes feel like smoking when I see others smoking. But for the last one year I could refrain myself away from smoking.

No but i would like to quit and i got something from the doctor that I am going to try when I get in the mood cause i just can't afford to be smoking cause we don't make much money between my boyfriend and me.
