Will you take my advice -"don't start serious discussions."?

I advice you not to start serious discussions if you are interested to get good number of responses. Do you feel I am wrong?

wow... I see you started this 2 years ago - long before I'd even heard of this site !! I wont put the same as I've just added to your 2008 discussion for fear of it being deleted! So,I'll just thank you for the advice ;o)
