Are nanny cam a violation of the babysitter's rights?

Do you think that having a nanny cam in any way violates the rights of a baby sitter? Are nanny cams a good idea or a bad idea?

no not at all, we have to make sure our children are being taken care of, you just never know, a person that seems so nice can be the worse with our children. it seems to always be the people we can never imagen hurting our children, i believe in these, and think they should be used if you have the option too.

I agree, we should do what ever it takes to make sure that our children are safe.
