Which is the best App to learn HTML ?

Shiny Morning to everyone here .
I want to start learning HTML but i don't where to start ! which program ?, I learned a little by doing HTML through Text files but it's so hard and waste of time, I heard about this Dreamwaver or something like that ? is it better then learning by TEXT ?

well i learned a bit from internet,
there is a site called www.w3schools.com
it is a very good site,
you ll get a lot of info there,
and about applications,i dont know if there is any which is specialy designed for learning purposes,
by the way,dreamweaver is not for learning,,it is a web designing software,,which means you need not to have much knowledge of HTML to use it,
but if you want to learn the basics of HTML,dreamweaver is not at all for that purposes,that site will surely help you if you are serious about learning,

i dont understand what do you mean by learning HTML by text,
if you want to learn HTML,of course you would like to learn the basics,the basic tags,
they are in text,,
so i have no idea ,,what you mean by learning by text??
by the way you can also try some of youtube videos,
some of them are realy good,those videos helped me a lot too.
