Haven't looked at your site yet, but for the most part you can't help but notice someone's weight if you are talking to them, but I don't let it distract me so much I don't pay attention to the conversation. And I don't automatically think 'they need to go on a diet and eat less'. There are many medical conditions that can cause a person to be overweight, as well as depression, stress, and low self-esteem. 4 1/2 years ago I was around 300 lbs, I stopped getting on the scale when I weighed 290 (I am 5'3"). Most of my weight gain came from flat out eating too much, eating snacks, and not eating the right kind of foods. 4 years ago, I lost 150 lbs, I did it for me, not to please anyone else. I have kept the weight off since I lost it. It's nice wearing size 10 jeans instead of size 20 (the largest size I bought). I am going through therapy for an injury to my wrist, and it is unbelievable the amount of people that are there due to knee injury/surgery, that are extremely overweight. You just want to ask them, don't you think that has any bearing on it.
