Better not. There's no such thing as "free" in this world. When they offer you free domain name (TLD), there must be a catch or hidden price somewhere.

I got my website all free from http://arseniajoaquin.bravehost.com at the top of the first page. There are many themes to choose from and it's very easy to follow.
