Scarecrows and other fun friends

I have a thing for scarecrows....I love them. I try to get some for fall decorating every year. I love when I pull out the fall decorations and see my little friends waiting for me. I found one of my favorites today. I am going to use him as a prop with my pumpkin for some fall photos. He is so cute. I also have my friend slim and his buddies. Slim is a cheap old clear plastic jointed skeleton (think dollar store) and he has bunches of small skeletons that are his buddies. We have had so much fun with slim over the years. Do you have any favorite decorating items?
