I am not staying home caring for my kids but we are now having a hard time letting both ends meet. I can't stand with my boss anymore. I better have no job than being in that work which will might made me sick of heart failurre. This is the second time I resigned from the same company. Same boss who fired me and re hired me and now I did not wait to be fired. I volunteer to resign because he is very mean. I'd rather have my own small business where I am the boss. LOL.. What do you think? did I make the right choice? He is really hard to deal with.

When you leave your kids at home and put your major hrs of the day in your job then the job should be worthy of it. if you think that going out and working is giving you more stress than being at home then it is better to quit the job for the good. Your decision was right. All the best....

yes, I think I am comfortable emotionally today though we are having a hard time coping with our daily needs but at least I am not having a heavy heart everyday.

Hi celestial052506! Well I'm surprised that you have been resigned from the same company for two times. There are few companies who really hired someone again after firing them from work. Anyway based from your statement, it's not the work that you did not like but your mean boss. I definitely think that it would be very hard to concentrate and focus on work if you did not like and believe in the one handling you. I always think that we should have a job that we enjoy and really love to do. Something that would not put pressure and make us worry. So overall, I think you have made the right choice and you are definitely a big loss to your boss because I think he will not hired you again from the beginning if you're not valuable to him and in the company.

You are definitely right. He is now having a hard time because the head office will no longer hire somebody and he has to do everything. From book keeping to selling. He has really a bad attitude. Very unpredictable. I think he has personal problem at home and he brought that problem in the office. He is very hard to deal with. Even his wife has having problems with his attitude.

I know how you feel, I quit my job for the same reason 2 years ago all you have to do is make a good resume and find another employment even though it doesn't pay as good and the job sucks but at least you can stand the boss you will last longer and not suffering emotional damage anymore there is always a job, even in difficult times, if you can drive then it's even better you are not limited to local job

Here in the Philippines most women are not driving. We are used to public rides. yes, i am now looking for a job. I hope I can find one. No matter how small is the pay as long as I am not suffering from emotional stress.

If you were really finding it difficult to tolerate the boss, you did the right thing. And if you are confident that you can have a small business of your own, you did the best thing. Wish you loads of success!! Cheers and happy mylotting

Hi there, it seems that things really don't work out because this is the second time you've quit from the same company. I guess you can find more opportunities to make money online. A lot of mylotters have been successful at this so if you're good at writing then you can also make money by writing reviews and blogging. I hope you do get to spend more time with your kids now. Good luck!

yes, there are good opportunities on the net. But as i said, I have no internet at home. I have to pay in the net cafe in order to log in. I am not good in writing too. It is not my thing.. I might be good in selling than in writing.

I know some people would probably say it was the wrong choice especially since you have children and because it's difficult to make ends meat. However, if your work environment was really THAT bad then I'd say you were better off quitting. You can always cut corners and find a way to get by. You don't need to have a job to really make a living. You could always find something to do that will help supplement the income you're losing by quitting your job.

yes, this would help but the problem is I have no internet at home. I go to the net cafe to log in and I am paying per hour. That's the reason why I seldom come here because I have limited money for net paying.

It depends. Do you have a plan to make money? Unemployement rates are really high and employement can be hard to find. I'm just so glad that my boss is a nice guy pushover who is NEVER around . Good luck!

good for you... you are lucky to have a good boss!! I am very unfortunate to have mine. Anyway, it made me realize that having a work tha I myself is the boss is really good to think about. I am planning to have a small business. Hope I could start soon.

Sorry to hear that. I will just pray for you that soon you can find something for you to earn even if you are just staying home. It is a good choice to stay away from that stressful job that you have. I understand how you feel. I Pray god will make a way for you.

I think that you made the right choice. If your boss was making your life miserable, there is no reason to stay. It will just make you feel bad about yourself and make your life at home suffer because of the stress at work. I am currently involved with a home business and I love it. I get to set my own hours, work around my schedule and my kids, and am making more money than I did when I was working outside the home. I no longer have to pay for daycare and I am free to decide when I want to work and how much a day. If you are interested in more information about being your own boss, I would be more than happy to give you more information. Feel free to send me a message. Have a wonderful day and good luck with things. It will be tough for awhile and there will be struggles, but your happiness and mental health is well worth having to cut back on spending for awhile.

Everything you said is right!! you hit the nail right in the head!!! correct!!! why should I stay if my boss would make my life miserable? Yes, I like home business and I would be happy if youc an share with me what did you do. I know it is hard for the first time. Any business would start slow in progress specially if you are new to the business but whatever I can do to help the family income would be good.
