Who Remembers all the ER docs who have died?

From my memory, first was Lucy, the med student who was stabbed by a psycotic patient, the same patient who stabbed Carter in the back. Lucy died in surgery, however Carter obviously survived. Then was Dr. Mark Green, who died of cancer in the brain. Then was Dr. Romano. First he lost his arm in a helicopter accident, then later died when a helicopter crashed in the ambulance bay.. basically right on top of him. Now Dr. Greg Pratt is dead due to an explosion in the ambulance he was riding in. There were a few friends of the docs who have died, such as Sandy, Dr. Weaver's wife. Can you remember any other major characters who died on this show?
