I think it is good to know if you future husband is cheating but not on national tv, I hate those kinds of programs, I never watch them. I think it is just a bunch of people that want to get paid and get their 15 minutes of fame on tv. It is not for me.

I think it could keep people from making some big mistakes for sure..I know it would really hurt to find out your S/O cheated or thought you were too fat but at the same time it could save you a lot of heartache & a divorce later on...I mean yes if i found my b/f was cheating it would make a difference to me,and save me from further pain..

I think if you need to go on a talk show to find out if your man or woman is cheating on you..then you have some big problems. Of course you definately need to know if your SO is a cheat or not. Who wants to spend the rest of their life with someone that is sleeping around on them, but a talk show is not the place to do it. First off, most of that stuff is for ratings in my opinion, secondly if you are going to give your SO a lie detector test, you obviously have a pretty good idea he/she is being unfaithful to you. I think that you aren't going to solve your relationship problems in a hour show. Jerry Springer is nothing but a huge joke. You know those ppl are just there to be on TV. It's all for ratings and entertainment. You have to take shows like this for what they are.

Once a cheat always a cheat, lie detectors are worth diddly spit, it has been scientifically proven that they are easy to cheat. Admittedly JS is pure crud but people love a freakshow and thats what Jerry springer show is.
