I have watched a lot of Fox News and CNN News the past couple of weeks. I have seen a lot of people talking about the price of gasoline. I have not seen a single person even mention the price of diesel fuel. Why is this happening? Is someone trying to keep us from thinking about this and knowing the truth about it. Get up right now and take a slow walk through your house. Take you a pen and pad and write down every item you find that WAS NOT on a truck at some point. This little fact is a lot more important that most people realize. The increase in the cost of Diesel fuel that runs out trucking industry is where the increase on the consumer good we buy to increase.
Our economy works as a closed loop. Anything that happens causes a reaction in something else which in turn causes another reaction in something else and so on until it makes a complete loop and comes right back where it started from. When the price of diesel fuel goes up the trucking company has to raise their charges to match the increase. Then the company the trucking company is hauling for has to raise his prices to match the trucking company increase. This makes the look and comes right back to the trucking company. It isn't the same though by the time it gets back to the trucking company. It has increased again and the loop starts all over again. The one that winds up paying the increase with no way to off set it is the consumer, meaning you and me, Start paying a little attention and see if you can hear anyone talking about the price of diesel fuel. It is THE most important fuel increase of them all. It's the only one that is causing the price of everything else to go up.

When they talk about the price of gasoline, I think we all know that that includes diesel. My son runs a trucking company here where we live and he has told us of the problems that are plaging truckers over the price of diesel. Some of the truckers threatened to go on strike as we know they are the one that make all the deliveries. I heard on the news last night that the price of gas has dropped almost 50cents over night. I don't know the reason for this just thank full that it has come down. I know that it is hard on the independant trucker to make a living when all his money goes for gas. We can only hope that sometime soon the prices will go back down. But be assured that in our area we are well aware of what is going on with the price of diesel. My son said more and more of his drivers have went to work at other things because they can't afford the prices, I feel for all of them.
