I just try to find movies or something to keep me entertained all weekend. Sometimes there are a bunch of really nice movies on TV that I can watch and those keep me entertained. Sometimes though I have to break out the DVD's to watch. Those help the boredom levels. Sometimes though nothing sounds fun so I just take naps.

I like to play cards with my friends and families during a rainy weekend, or slumping on the sofa watching some TV, and of course surfing on the Internet mindlessly.

playing football manager can keep me occupied for the whole weekend. of course, staying online playing games and surf will also keep me busy. there are still as many things to do on rainy weekend.

As I write it is Saturday night in New Zealand, the day was cloudy with spots of rain and now it is chucking it down. The weather forecast is not particularly good for tomorrow either. With three boys 8, 7 and 2 you can imagine how cabin fever can affect them if they cannot go out an play; so we have a whole bunch of family activities: 1. Scrabble 2. Monopoly 3. Dumb Charades 4. Reading aloud 5. Going to the library 6. Listening to music and dancing 7. Baking We do not have a television so there is no opportunity to stick them in front of the "idiot box" while we adults do something. Therefore rainy days are bonding days and rainy weekends more so. Cheers.

Hi there kenchiprincess! Your topic is very timely. It is weekend and it is raining here. It is a Saturday afternoon on my side of the world and it is raining. The news last night said that there is a typhoon within the country's area of responsibility and a low pressure area somewhere. I spent my time at work today but would be going to the mall with my boyfriend later on. I believe it will be raining the whole day tomorrow, I'd probably spend the rest of the day at home either watching DVDs or working on my beaded accessories or read a book. Well, yeah, these are the things I do on a rainy weekend.

I like to get myself wet in rain , i like to dance in rain , i get scared only because of this lightening and thunders , even if there is harsh breeze. So immdiately when it rains i just go and get myself wet in rain and then come to home immediately because then it starts to thunder lol.. i make paper boats and stuffs like that and make it float in water and we all enjoy ourselves. One more thing i forgot to add is i its a thunderstorm it will be declared holiday for us... even more happy if there is no school and college..

perhaps a rainy weekend is not so bad because the families can stay at home and have a good chat. or we can do some reading, listen to music. being windy and stormy outside make our home cozier. we can also watch TV or surf the internet but it is said that it may be dangerous to do such things when there is lightening and thunder.

Playing chess board with my youngest brother, we always to that specially when the black outs turn out. Here in Philippines just a little drop of rain we will expect the lights will turn off. So I and my siblings just seat down and play anything will make as busy.

We don't get much rain so I would love to watch the rain. And I have a 3 year old so I would have plenty to do. Play games, dolls and watch DVD's if the electricity doesn't go out. Neve Boring.

well i always gives a tag. this helps in arraning the discussion to particular group, it helps MyLot team to maintain and organise discussions. When you start a discussion with any tag. say teeth, then you will be shown different discussions of same tag. thats the use.

Rain doesn't usually hamper whatever needs doing on weekends, unless it's freezing rain with wind that makes ice flying at you very painful. I don't much mind the rain, I love storms as well.

As I spend a lot oftime online, I sell on online auction sites, and weekends are just the same as during the week, the weather doesn;t make a lot of difference. The only diference would be that I usual use sunday as the day to do all the washing, so that would miss out.

well, the weather in my place is not good either for this week end. I have more time online. I have to visit some other sites aside mylot and rainy days are the best time to stay online because you can not do anything outside the house or even inside. some people are sleeping during rainy days but for me? I can't do that. It's better do online thing and that's what I do when raining.

hello, i think that the internet is the thing that keeps me busy all the day .... whether rainy or sunny. but it is problem if the current goes off. then on those rainy days i switch over to the novels. well i like the classics and the detective novels.... i do not like the contemporary ones. when i start a novel.... i get sleepless nights until complete it.
