PTC Sites and DOS attacks!

Hi there, Am I alone in this? Most PTC sites that am in are always going done every fortnight under the guise of fixing problems caused by attacks and other purported attacks. I have found that when their surfers are averagely nearing payouts- that is when the percentage of clickers nearing payouts are high these creeps starts propping their heads....do you think this healthy? This goes for all the very trusted sites you know I can sure you...I just don't want to do name calling here! whats your opinion? Regards, Nuel Mylotter
