Are you a healty person?

Do you work hard to stay healthy? What do you do? I try to watch my diet and I run about 15 miles a week.

I'm not largely, but I'm trying to improve especially in the area of diet. I should exercise more too, but that's hard for me as most gyms and the like aren't equipped to deal with people in wheelchairs.

I always plan to walk a few miles a day,but every day, i can always find some reson to put it off,maybe because of my laziness,i become fat,and some movement i just can't do any longer.i want to improve,but i can't make my mind, yeah,i must do it today.

well i keep a watch on my diet... i do my work myself... wat ever it be.

I also watch my diet and exercise. However I'm not sure diet and exercise can make you healthy. Sadly a good part of your health is due to genetics. My mom always says "just think how bad you would be without diet and exercise." Now that's a scarry thought.
