Bagoong alamang (shrimp paste) or Bagoong isda (fish sauce)

Hello there...
For me I like both Bagoong alamang and fish sauce but I lke fish sauce most.I like it as a broth in diningding and pinakbet.I also like it as a dipping in fried or grilled fish together with tomatoes and fresh onion.
Fish sauce is a condiment that is derived fom fish that have been allowed to ferment.Some fish sauces (extract) are made from raw fish,others from dried fish, some from only a single species.Some fish salt contain only fish and salt,others add a variety of herbs and spices.

i like both of them.. i enjoy eating mango, and fish with alamang and bagoong.. i also sometimes use it as a sauce with other meals...
