Indo - US nuclear deal is profitable for whom ?

For both..While we get electricity,jobs,power resources from other countries and bla bla bla..U.S gets therelief that the rising superpower of future,India will not disturb them in any way...Handling so many headaches can be a problem for a giant Like Us also...now Insia wont be difficult like China or russia...atleast that is what they apprehend..
