Do you think husbands should do some of the household chores?

My husband does some of the household chores, especially the ones requiring physical strength. Most men when they go home, just go straight to the TV and watch and not lift any finger to help the wife in the house chores. Do you think just because the husband is working, he should no longer help in the chores? or is it only when both couples are working that the husband is obliged to help? What is your stand on this. hi! during the times that we dont have a maid yet, my husband do some household chores. he does the cooking, i wash the dishes. he cleans the house and i watch tv! we have talked about that matter long before we got married, so , we didnt have any problem with that. also, both of us are working so we really need to divide the work and considering that he is stronger than me, he does most of the chores. he just dont want to wash the dishes, so he does everything. but, if ever that it is only him who is working, i would do most of the chores.

YES YES YES !!! Men should help their wives at home. Being a wife and a mother is a full-time job by itself, not many men know this. And the wife/mother doesn't get paid, doesn't get overtime, doesn't get holiday, it's a 24/7 type of job. So, He should definitely help his wife around the house.

Of course husbands should do some housework as well as wives. It's unfair and wrong to let wives to do all the housework. If you love your wife, you should try to help her by doing some housework. Especially today some women also have to work. It will be tired for them to be home already. I love China

There shouldn't be any reason why the husband don't do household chores. Unless he's a sissy that he thinks his wife is a MAID.

you are wrong,nowadays, more and more man do chores ,but more and more woman do not ,I think wife and husband should do chores together,they can get many happy from together do chores.and man and woman are euqal in society,woman also need to work.
