Would you give your kidney to a family member you did not care for ?

I am lucky in that I like and love all my family members but I have offered as one of my cousins has dialysis three times a week but as he also has cerebral palsy and spinabifidia they don't think he is strong enough to have the op so in answer to your question, yes I would. Ellie :D

Hi Samta I think I would still donate it. This I am sue because I would give it to a stranger even if situation be like that. So, if it could be a stranger why not someone family, or someone I not care for! My be someone I love care for that person and its hypothetically making my loved ones happy, isn't it?

When I am mad at someone I say things I do not mean to say but if it meant that they were really going to die and I could save them I prob would. I would want to know that I could live with the kidney I have left but would not want someoen to die cause of me if I could have saved them. I woudl not want to see them ore them to say thankyou cause I would be doing this but woudl not want thanks cause it would still not change how i felt about them.

just because i don't like someone doesn't mean that i don't love them. if i was a match for someone in my family to give them a kidney, i would do it no question. rather you like that person or not is not important. doing what you can do to make sure that person can live a healthy life is what at stake

If I was the only one capable of this, yes. There are times to forget the reasons why people don't like each other, this would be one. Life matters, not personality.

This is a hard question to answer.If it is for own brother,sister,wife,father,mother,inlaws I will do it.If for next level I will pay for it.

Definetely yes and If that member is a part of my family member I would definetely go for it and there is no question about it.After all life is all bout give and take and there is no harm in donating an organ to a memeber in the family who has done so much to u.If that member be our loved one definetely we would give.
