According to Indian laws, if a married man has anadultrous affair with a married woman, the man is charged with adultury and not the woman. Reason is that a married woman is supposed to be the property of another man. If a married man has and affair with her, he is supposed to have committed a crime against another man's property. The woman has committed no crime as per the law. It is a different matter that her husband may not forgive her.

Really interesting laws to protect the woman. I believe it needs time to adjust or improve that especially when time goes. As understand, the situation not only due to man but it may due to women too. =)

It's plain that the law needs to be improved. It's immature.
