What Did They Talk About This Morning On The Sunday Morning News Shows?

I usually watch the Sunday morning political shows such as Meet The Press, Face The Nation, This Week with George Stephanopoulos and Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer. Unfortuanately I didnt' get home in time to see any of them this morning. If you watched any of them, what did they talk about? Did they discuss the Presidential debates? Did they have any opinion as to who won the debate? Did they discuss the massive tax-payer funded bailout? What did the guests have to say about it? Lloyd

I was out this morning while they were on but, one of the other channels was showing Meet the Press and it was a debate between a Republican and Democrat running for some office. Sorry I noticed that the names were not any that I was interested in so I turned it.

It seems as if it's a slow day on the political scene. Maybe people are finally getting burned out by all the gamesmanship and are just ready to just go out and vote. I have a suspicion that the politicians are quietly working behind the scenes working on a plan to bail out the banks that the majority of Americans disagree with. I can't tell you how much I'm against any bailout for these imcompetant crooks. If anyone need a little relief, it is the average everyday American citizen. Lloyd

I think gamesmenship and the idiocy of the conservatives defending Palin and her gaffes, bloopers, or whatever name you would like to call it. To be honest with you I was a Hillary supporter and it had nothing to do with Obama as a person but, men have been in charge forever and haven't done much to fix the issues facing Americans across the years and it was time to let a woman try. I have always been a Liberal but voted for the person that I believe shared my views. After having discussions with Conservatives here on this site has left me to never want to vote for another Conservative whether it be a woman or a man. I believe that Obama will bring the change this nation needs. I hope that in a few months we will be able to say President Obama!

I just saw where the U.K. government is also bailing out some of your financial institutions. I guess this is really a worldwide crisis. Thanks for the info. Lloyd
