what happened tp VIP bux?

So I purchased refs and I was almost to payout, then they abrubtly shut down and informed me that they would be back up and running on the twenty sixth of september. I waited and hoped for the best,but when I go to the site it says something about a parent directory. I invested a small amount of funds into this site, but a lot of time. It is very frustrating. If anyone has any info to give me it would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
