can you hack some computer or other item?

plz some body help me out i have a computer right and i put a code in it but i forgot it the password i have put in it so will somebody tell me or know any number to hack to the computer

I think you have the password in windows.when the welcome screen comes press ctrl+alt+del.now a window will open,in user name type 'administrator' and make the password blank.Now you can access your computer.

could you give some more information plz? is that password on the system or on the windows or what?
