Is anyone upset about Chase taking over WaMu?

They said everything will be the same for us WaMu customers but I just think its kinda funny.
I was originally with Chase and had free checking with direct deposit. However, once I got a job without direct deposit, they started charging me $8-$10 a month. I told them to stop many times and they said they would remove it cuz I was threatening to leave. It always came back one way or another.
So eventually I left them to go to WaMu because they had FREE checking AND savings.

i was with Wells Fargo..and then they suddenly started giving me trouble when i tried to depost checks from survey sites i do. it was just out of the blue too, cause i had been making deposits from the same companies for about a year.
so then i switched to Chase..which i love. i dont have direct deposit, but they gave me free checking. they also helped me establish my credit line again.
ive never had any contact or business with WaMu before. though i am glad that its Chase that bought them and not the other way around lol!
